Instructions for submissions of Camera-ready papers

Thank you for submitting your camera-ready paper via the EasyChair system. As the final part of the paper submission the following steps are required:

Step 1: Submit source files

  • Make sure that you strictly followed the formatting style of Springer LNCS Series. More info about the style, together with the templates for LaTeX or Word can be found at Springer website.
  • Papers should include no more than 12 pages.
  • Prepare a zip file (with the extension .zip) containing either
    • the LaTeX source required to produce your paper with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps or bib files and all non-standard or local packages, or
    • Microsoft Word file in the RTF format
    • Again include a PDF version of your paper (when preparing the proceedings, Springer will do some formatting like adding running heads, page numbers etc., so this file will be used for checking purposes only)

Check the names of all authors of the paper. It should be clear which of the authors names are first names and which are surnames (and if they have more than one surname, under which surname the author wishes to be listed in the author index).

Send all information by email to info@fqas2011.ugent.be, using "Submission X" as subject, with 'X' your EasyChair paper number.

Step 2: Submit signed copyright form

A signed copyright form. The copyright form can be signed by one author on behalf of all co-authors. Please print, fill-in, sign, scan and email the copyright form to info@fqas2011.ugent.be (in PDF format, may also be included in previous zip file).

Step 3: Register to FQAS 2011

One of the authors must register and pay for the conference by August 10th (registration information is available here), otherwise the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
If you register for presentation of more than one paper, you have to pay an extra fee of 200 EUR for each additional paper.
